Cotton poplin is smooth to the touch, light to medium weight with a crisp handle making it the classic choice for shirts, but it also will hold structure when gathered so works brilliantly for puff sleeves, gathers and pleats. Â The perfect choice for summer dresses, skirts and children’s wear where a crisp finish is required. Also very suitable for craft projects such as bunting and bag linings.
It is stable to work with making it ideal for beginners and seasoned dressmakers alike.
