If you are successful in booking a class, please note that on entering the studio you will be required to wash your hands. Every effort will be made to keep the room well ventilated (weather permitting) and surfaces and equipment will be wiped down between each class, however we advise you that we still only have one iron in the studio, which will be shared between the four students attending for the duration of your class. We will be trying to maintain a 1m+ distance in the studio, if you require garment fitting, please wear a mask. To limit risk of contamination, please only bring essential items with you. All normal facilities and equipment will be available at the studio and cleaned regularly, but under the current circumstances, you may feel more comfortable bringing your own pins, scissors etc.
As per the most up to date government advice (can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/face-coverings-when-to-wear-one-and-how-to-make-your-own/face-coverings-when-to-wear-one-and-how-to-make-your-own), from Friday 24th July all students will be required to wear a face covering whilst in the studio – so there’s your next sewing project sorted! 🙂
It goes without saying, if you or a household member are feeling unwell, please do not come to the studio.
We will be trying to maintain a 1m+ distance in the studio.
Classes will be limited to 4 students. If you particularly wish to come with a friend, we recommend booking your places in one transaction to avoid disappointment.
We expect these classes to be in high demand, and that demand will outstrip supply. If you didn’t manage to get a class this week, but wanted to book one, please let us know that you were interested.
